Jai Bolo Pavanputra Salasar Balaji ki!

Salasar Balaji

In the village of Asota in Nagaur district of Rajasthan, Ginthala Jat, a farmer discovered the idol of Lord Hanuman as he ploughed his fields. The year was 1754. The Lord appeared to the Thakur of the area and Mohandas Maharaj, a great devotee of Lord Anjaneya, in their dreams and ordered that he should be established in Salasar in Churu district of Rajasthan.

The image is self-formed and unique because it has a round face and a beard. The diety is known to be extremely powerful and several devotees have reported miracles at the temple. Lakhs of devotees walk to the temple to seek the Lord's blessings through the year!

May Lord Salasar Balaji of Churu, Rajasthan, bless us with the love for the lotus feet of Shri Ram, the shining sun among Suryavanshis!

Jai Sri Ram! Salasar Balaji ki Jai!
