New Delhi, April 15, 2020: Mamtamayi Shri Radhe Maa donates ₹5,00,000 to Maharashtra Chief Minister's Relief Fund to fight COVID-19.

Shri Radhe Maa, in an effort to fight the global pandemic COVID-19, has donated ₹5,00,000 to Maharashtra's Chief Minister's Relief Fund on April 5, 2020. Shri Radhe Maa hopes thatwith this donation, approximately 1 lakh poor and needy people in Maharashtra will get quality masks to protect themselves against Coronavirus.

In addition to that, Mamtamayi Maa also appeals to everyone to follow the State and the Central Government's orders regarding Lockdown in a serious manner. Radhe Maa also praises the efforts of the State Government in fighting and controlling the spread of COVID-19, and believes that social distancing is the only way to defeat this global virus.

This isn't the first time Shri Radhe Maa has contributed to funds started by the leaders of our
country. Earlier, on April 2, 2020, Shri Radhe Maa, under the aegis of Shri Radhe Maa Charitable Society, New Delhi, had also donated ₹10,00,000 to the PM Cares Fund.

Neelkanth Mahadev Mandir, in association with Shri Radhe Maa Charitable Trust, has distributed free food to the poor and the needy on the streets of Mumbai. This includes basic essential food items, such as rice, flour, lentils, sugar, salt and much more.

Shri Radhe Maa Lights Lamps, Spreads Positivity During COVID-19 Pandemic

Echoing PM Narendra Modi's call for 'Batti Bujao, Diya Jalao' on April 5th, at 9:00 PM for 9minutes, Shri Radhe Maa lights candles and diyas in order to spread the much needed hope and positivity during the COVID-19 pandemic.

After lighting lamps, candles and diyas in her recent video, Mamatamayi Shri Radhe Maa shared a message with her followers, by saying that the global pandemic is a god gifted chance in disguise, to look within ourselves, and reflect where we all went wrong. Shri Radhe Maa further requested everyone to use this time of lockdown by immersing in complete devotion to God, and to spread hope, positivity and light wherever we can.

Shri Radhe Maa Charitable Society, New Delhi, in association with Twinkle Himanshu Kalia, donated food packets containing food grains in Delhi for the ones in need during the COVID-19 lockdown.

No matter how big the crisis, Shri Radhe Maa Charitable Society has always stepped up to extend support and guidance to the poor and the needy in every way possible. This time, Twinkle Himanshu Kalia, India's first woman ambulance driver, has also joined the former to help people combat the global pandemic.

In these tough times, food prices are skyrocketing. People who earn daily wages to buy two square meals a day, are empty handed at the moment, struggling to feed themselves and their loved ones even the most basic meals.

You must have heard of Twinkle Himanshu Kalia, who with her husband, run a free ambulance service in Delhi, so that no one has to lose their loved ones due to poverty. Shri Radhe Maa, under the aegis of Shri Radhe Maa Charitable Society, New Delhi has donates ₹10,00,000 to the PM Cares Fund in order to help those in need in times of a global pandemic.

COVID-19 has forced the world to stay indoors. At this time, there are millions around the world who earn their livelihood through daily wages, and at this moment, they are at a huge disadvantage. So many poor people, rickshaw drivers, construction workers, and factory workers are struggling to find two square meals a day for survival.

In these tough times, people and organisations are doing all they can to provide relief to the poor and the needy. Shri Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India, has also requested people to donate to PM Cares Fund- so that the right resources can reach in a timely manner to those who need them.

Apart from the massive donation made my Shri Radhe Maa Charitable Society, numerous free distributions of essential food items had also been organised by the Society. This included donating bags filled with rice, oil, sugar, salt and lentils to all in Delhi and a Langar Seva in Mukeria, Punjab, where prasad and other food items were served to one and all.
