Jai Mata Anajana! Jai Anjani Putra


Anjana, the mother of Lord Hanuman is worshipped by several families in Himachal pradesh. 

There is a Mata Anjana temple in the Dharamsala district in Himachal Pradesh. 

It is believed that Mata Anjana can cure people of scorpion bites and several people who are bitten by scorpions are brought to the temple and cured.

May Mata Anajani, the mother of Lord Hanuman bless us all with stength!

Bhima's wife is worshipped as a Goddess here


Hidimbi, the sister of Hidimba, the man who attacked the Pandavas who was killed by Bhima After killing Hidimba , Kunti ordered Bhima to marry Hidimbi and they bore the son Ghatotkacha, a great warrior who foaught the Mahabharata war.
After the Pandavas returned to their kingdom, Hidimbi stayed back and undertook servere tapas and came to be revered as a Devi.
Her temple is in Manali, Himachal Pradesh. Jai ho Mata Hidimbi ki!
